We were hired by Dover Entertainment to design and produce graphics for the annual Google Family Picnic. The two-day family event took place in the summer at Woodland Park Zoo. To start the project, we were provided a drawing of “Yeti” and a sample of animal characters. Using these elements, we developed approximately 50 graphics used throughout the event — including large entrance signs, food and beverage signs, activity signs, schedules to name badges. The signage needed to be informational, kid friendly and legible from a distance.
