The Principals

Kim Falcon

Principal + Director Client Relations

A lifetime of study in interior architecture, design, and business management has resulted in an impressively unique talent stack that enables Kim to successfully engage with an extensive list of clients throughout many industries. After earning a BFA in interior architecture from Cornish College of the Arts, and studying abroad at Oxford in their Masters-level exchange program, Kim began her career as a member of several Seattle-area architectural design firms. Later, after starting Falcon Design Associates, she honed her design and business management skills by coordinating high-caliber corporate projects for a discerning clientele. Kim joined Graphica in 1995 as principal, accounts manager and director of marketing, where she oversees their sophisticated project and budget management interactions with clients. Kim’s engaging, joyful style and efficient, client-centered management capabilities are an integral part of Graphica’s unique services.

Craig Terrones

Principal + Creative Director

An award-winning fixture on the Seattle design scene for nearly three decades, Craig has amassed a significant (some say flabbergasting) amount of expertise in how to create memorable and engaging work in a variety of mediums. He earned his BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and started out as a designer at Professional Marketing Services. Soon after, Craig moved to Seattle to join notable design firms and produced annual reports and high-end marketing materials for leading companies in the Pacific Northwest. In 1995, Craig founded Graphica, where his artful, uncanny approach to design, communication and photography has taken his work across the globe. Today, Craig continues to focus on building distinctive brand identity systems for a wide variety of clients in diverse markets — including life science, banking, and professional services.
