Graphica has a strong history with annual report design. One of our favorite series of annual reports is for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). We firmly believe in their mission to enable access to affordable housing for Washington state residents. We worked with the WSHFC team for approximately 10 years. During that time, we had an opportunity to meet, interview and photograph many of the state’s residents who benefitted from their programs.
